Paramotor Adventures in Libreville

Anyone who’s crazy about extreme sports will definitely know paramotors, but not everyone has tried it yet. Paramotors are similar to paragliders, but the main difference between paragliding and paramotoring is that a paraglider only uses a wing and environmental factors to gain altitude and speed, while paramotors use a giant fan to move the pilot forward and upward.

Your aerial adventure will take place in the Pointe-Denis peninsula located in the Pongara National Park, which is just a small boat trip away from Libreville. In a short time you’ll be transported from the busy city life into a peaceful, serene environment with white paradisiacal beaches, palm trees, mangrove and sannanah in this amazing green paradise. This breathtaking  wilderness lies just outside of Libreville and apart from a few lodges, is relatively untouched. The park is almost 100.000 hectares big and has a wide variety of plants. We can find mangrove forest, swamp forest, riverine forest and seasonally inundated forest and a small savannah, all guarded by a sandy coastline.

It’s hard to believe that a national park so close to a capital is actually full of wildlife. We can find mammals such as elephants, gorillas, monkeys, buffaloes, duikers and even chimpanzees. The beaches are also visited by leatherback sea turtles for breeding. Needless to say the park is also a sanctuary for tons of bird species.

Don’t worry if this is your first time. Our professional team is there to assist you, instruct you and make sure everything goes safely and well.

Contact us with more information about your group size and your needs and we’ll help you set it up and for an additional fee to get you towards the park.
